How to Make Windows Privacy Setting and make it Secure
Make Windows 10 secure in terms of privacy by changing these settings
With its Windows 10 Creator Update, Microsoft is trying to be more transparent with its privacy settings. Here are some privacy-related settings that you can use to make Windows 10 more secure.
It is the best virtual personal assistant for Cortana, which allows Windows 10 to collect other information about you, including your calendar, contacts, location and browsing history. You can stop Cortana from knowing about yourself. If you do this then you will not be able to use voice detection. And all the personal information that Cortana has collected, it will be cleared.
To turn it off, go to Settings, then go to Privacy, then switch to Speech and Turn off Speech Services and Typing Suggestions option in Inking and Typing. You can clear the collected information by going to the courtsite settings menu.
Turn off your location if you are using a mobile device, such as a tablet or a laptop, then it takes a lot of time to access your location. By turning off the location, the app that uses your location will not be able to find you.
Stop syncing to secure Windows 10. To stop syncing, go to Settings, then go to the account and then turn off by going to Sync Settings.
There are three things you would like to do to lock and lock the login screen. Make sure your notifications are not showing on the lock screen. Go to Settings first, then go to System then after going to Notification and Action, click Show notifications on the lock screen option. After that, you will not be able to see any notifications until you unlock your device.
Close your advertising ID. Every Microsoft account has a unique advertising ID that lets the company collect information about you and provides a personalized advertising experience across different platforms. You can turn it off and make Windows 10 more secure. To turn off the advertising ID, go to Settings then go to Privacy and close its Advertising ID.
