You should keep your credit card credit limit and balance outstanding and do not charge more than a credit card or apply for a lot of loans. Secured loans like home loans, auto loans, should be given more importance and avoiding unsecured loans. You should refrain from closing your credit card account and continuously reviewing the Cibil score of your joint account accounts.
4. How Cibil score is formed
Whether it is paying a loan on time or not, a 30 percent CIBIL score is created. 25% on secured or unsecured loans, 25% on credit exposure and 20% on the use of debt is scored.

You can complain to the nodal officer of the bank in writing to the bank’s mistake. Fill the dispute request form on CiBIL’s website and keep your favor. Dispute Resolution Cell will look at your complaint. You can complain to the Bank’s Ombudsman http://www.bankingombudsman.rbi.org.in if there is no hearing.
